What are the delivery options available at New Look clothing shop?

New Look offers the following delivery options:

1. Express Delivery – £3.99
   • Delivered within 2 working days by Yodel.
   • Free on orders with £100 of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale).
   • Order by 4pm.
2. Standard Delivery – £2.99
   • Delivered within 5-7 working days by Royal Mail.
   • Free on orders with £45 of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale items).
3. Next Day & Nominated Day – £5.99
   • Order before 8pm for Next Day delivery by DPD. The estimated delivery day will be made clear before checkout.
   • Order for a nominated day up to 7 days in advance.
4. Channel Islands – £2.99
   • Delivered within 5-7 working days by Royal Mail.
   • Free on orders with £45 of full price and/or promo items (excludes sale items).
5. BFPO – £2.99
   • Delivered in 10-14 working days by Royal Mail.

Can I get Free Delivery?

   • Similar to standard delivery, only the full price and promo items contribute to the £100 minimum spend requirement if you have a mix of sale and full price items in your order.
3. Collect+ (now Yodel):
   • Free collection through Collect+ is available when your order amounts to more than £25 worth of full price and/or promo items (including BRANDS), excluding sale items.
   • If your order includes both sale and full price items, only the full price and promo items will be considered towards the £25 minimum spend.
4. Click & Collect:
   • Click & Collect Standard: Free standard click and collect is offered when your order exceeds £19.99 in value, including both sale and full price items.
   • Click & Collect Next Day: Free express click and collect is available when your order exceeds £34.99 worth of full price and/or promo items (including BRANDS), excluding sale items.
   • Similar to other delivery options, if you have a mix of sale and full price items, only the full price and promo items will be counted towards the minimum spend requirement for click and collect.

Please note that at the time of writing, there is no current offer for free next day delivery regardless of the amount spent.

If you do not qualify for free delivery, it means that your order does not meet the specified minimum spend requirements for the selected delivery option or it contains sale items that are not included in the minimum spend calculation. In such cases, standard delivery charges will apply based on the delivery option you choose during checkout.
