Order processing in the warehouse may take 1-3 business days, but during peak seasons, it can take 3-5 business days.
For the USA:
- Standard shipping takes 3-10 business days.
- Non-contiguous locations like Alaska and Hawaii may require additional delivery time.
For Canada:
- Standard shipping takes 3-10 business days.
For international shipments:
- MSI International shipping takes 7-45 business days.
Sometimes there may be gaps in tracking updates during transit, especially during high volume periods.
If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated shipping time, contact customer support within 10 business days from the estimated delivery date.
Book Outlet representatives can’t provide additional tracking information until the shipping time frame is complete.

Returns policy

There is a 30 day returns policy. You will be expected to return the item at your own cost.

If you want to return an item, please contact their Customer Experience team within 30 days of receiving your order.
They will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization number.
Reimbursement will occur once the return has arrived at their facility
Note that the original shipping charge and the cost of sending the item back to Book Outlet will not be refunded.
Remember, returns are not accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
If your returns become excessive or unwarranted, Book Outlet reserves the right to restrict or disallow returns at our discretion.
