Next international shipping & returns information

Next.com is the large UK clothing company that sells their clothes from the high street in the UK and also has a large online platform where you can buy their wares from overseas. They sell their own stuff and incresingly other brands through the Next and NextDirect websites.

International shipping costs

NextDirect.com Shipping costs vary for each country. Free international shipping is usually available, but during Covid19, Next have impose a small shipping charge.

Some example delivery prices for international orders are: UAE 20AED, Australia $10, Canada, $15, NZ $20, BFPO is £3.99. International delivery to most European destinations is free. See table above for more information, for free international shipping minimum order amounts may apply.

Free international shipping is available for some countries.

International delivery times

Delivery times vary for each country, but are expected to be between 5-10 days for each country.

Payments

Payments can be made in many different currencies and a large number of payment methods are available including debit and credit cards and Paypal. Klarna, NextPay and AfterPay are available in some territories.

Next International returns

Next returns policy is 28 days from the date you received your shopping. A local returns address is available for some locations, such as Australia, Canada and the UAE.

Customs info.

Next will pay the custosm and import duty to some delivery locations, but not all. Information about customs and sales tax charges seem vague for some locations.

Next sell clothes for all the family, women, men and children including babies, as well as shoes. Many clohes are sold under the Next brand, and they also have another brand called Lipsy which sells clothes for women, more brands are also being added to their platform too. In the UK and some countries they also sell home goods.
