You will then be able to pay using your preferred payment method, such as a bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile wallet, or gift card.
What is Alipay id?
There are two things this could refer to. The Alipay user ID (buyer_id) is one of the required request parameters of the alipay.acquire.create interface. This is used by developers when integrating Alipay into their apps.
The customer’s Alipay id is the receiver’s registered phone number which you use in order to send money to them using Alipay.
Can I use Alipay in the USA?
Although primarily a Chinese payment provider, it is available in the USA and can be used. It is available for Chinese users who are abroad in the USA and many other countries.
I’m visiting China, can I use Alipay?
You can use Alipay without a Chinese bank account, you will need to apply for a 90 day Tour Pass, which you can use in China to pay for things using Alipay. If you intend to stay in China for longer than 90 days, you will need a Chinese bank account.
The Tour Pass is accessed by downloading and logging on to the AliPay phone app.
