    This company is a fraud – they claimed that the soles on my Pikolinos boots is perfectly normal to crumble and tear AFTER 1 YEAR. They claimed it was normal wear and tear. They refused to refund my purchase – I had to go directly to Pikolinos company (btw they refunded). I recommended NEVER ever purchasing anything from this website – I give them a 0 for customer service.
