What are the delivery options for Bonmarché?

Bonmarché offers several delivery options for your convenience.

  1. Standard UK Delivery: It is free for orders over £30 and takes about 4 to 7 working days for processing and delivery. This service is provided by Evri and does not include weekends or bank holidays. Orders under £30 will incur a delivery charge of £3.50.
  2. Express Delivery: This option costs £4.50 and is also facilitated by Evri. If you place your order by 5pm from Monday to Friday, you can expect next day delivery. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will be delivered on the following Tuesday. Please note that some areas may experience longer delivery times, and you can check the drop-down box on the website for affected postcodes.
  3. Collect In-Store: Bonmarche offers free in-store collection within 14 days from the date of ordering. The store will contact you once your order has arrived, and you will have up to 21 days to collect it. There is also an express option available for £2.99, which delivers your order to the store in 1-2 days on weekdays. The standard collect in-store option costs £1.99 and takes 3-5 days for delivery to the store.

Can I receive international delivery from Bonmarché?

Currently, Bonmarché does not offer international delivery. They have temporarily suspended all international deliveries. “We apologize for any inconvenience caused and suggest checking the website for updates on when international delivery services will resume.”

How do I return an item to Bonmarché?

Here are the steps to return an item to Bonmarché through Evri or Post:

  1. Visit the following link: https://www.evri.com/return-a-parcel to initiate your return process.
  2. Choose the return method that suits you best. You have the option to have a courier collect your parcel from your house or drop it off at a locker or Parcelshop. With over 4,500 drop-off locations nationwide, returning your parcel has never been easier.
  3. Ensure that your return is made within 28 days of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached, and you must include the fully completed returns slip.
  4. Please note that the original delivery charge will only be refunded if the full order is returned.
  5. For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be refunded, including lingerie (excluding bras), swimwear without the hygiene strip, unsealed cosmetics, hosiery, and pierced earrings.
  6. Gift cards and e-gift vouchers are not eligible for refunds.
  7. If you made the payment using a Bonmarche gift card, any refunds will be issued back onto your gift card. Keep your gift card and do not discard it. If you return an online order to a store, it will be refunded via a credit note, which cannot be redeemed online.
  8. If your order was delivered through UK Standard delivery and returning an item brings the order value below the free delivery threshold, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund.
  9. Orders purchased in-store, including those placed through the in-store web ordering service, must be returned to the store.
  10. When returning items via the Post Office or Evri, the customer is responsible for the postage costs. It is recommended to use a traceable postal service to provide proof of return. Your statutory rights are not affected.
