Answered: How to View Your Orders on Amazon

Follow these simple steps if you wish to view your orders on Amazon.com.

Step 1: Have or Open an Account and Place an Order. Make sure you have an existing Amazon account or create a new one if you haven’t already. Also, ensure that you have placed an order on Amazon previously.

Step 2: Login to Your Account. Visit the Amazon website (amazon.com) and log in to your account using your email address and password.

Step 3: Go to “Your Account”. Once logged in, hover over the “Accounts & Lists” option located at the top-right corner of the Amazon homepage. A drop-down menu will appear.

Step 4: Click on “Your Orders”. In the drop-down menu, click on the “Your Orders” link. This will take you to a page where you can view all your past orders.

Step 5: Browse and Filter Your Orders. On the “Your Orders” page, you will see a list of your recent orders. You can browse through them or use the search bar to locate a specific order. Additionally, you can filter the orders based on different criteria such as date, status, or product category. You can view orders taht you made in each year, or more recent orders from the previous 3 months or 30 days. You can even view archived orders from the drop-down.

Step 6: View Order Details. To view the details of a specific order, click on the order number or the “Order Details” button. Here, you can see information like the items ordered, order date, shipping details, payment information, and tracking numbers.

Step 7: Take Action on Your Order. If you want to take any action related to your order, such as canceling or returning an item, managing payment options, or contacting customer service, you can do so from the order details page. You are also able to write a product review from here, buy again or view your item, if it is still available.

Step 8: Navigate Back to Your Orders. To return to the list of your orders, click on the “Back to orders” button or use the navigation menu on the left side of the page.
